Combine all ingredients in a bowl, stir, and enjoy with your favorite chips! (I loved it with sweet potato chips and sweet plantain chips, personally!)
Store leftovers covered in the refrigerator.
Due to the fruit being fresh, this salsa doesn't have a long shelf life. I recommend eating it within 1-2 days.
