Blackberry Lemon Basil Fizz

Serves: 2
- 1 (12-ounce) can SpinDrift Blackberry seltzer water
- 1 cup fresh blackberries
- 4 lemons, juiced
- 1 heaping tablespoon fresh basil, chopped
- 1-2 tablespoons raw honey (adjust to desired sweetness)
- Ice cubes to serve (optional)
- Split can of SpinDrift Blackberry between two glasses.
- In a blender, puree blackberries, lemon juice, basil, and honey until well mixed.
- Strain puree through a fine mesh strainer to remove pulp and seeds.
- Divide puree between the two glasses of sparkling water.
- Stir and add ice, if using. Enjoy!
~You can swap out the honey for any sweetener you like, but you'll need to adjust the amount based on your taste preference.
