  • ½ cup frozen fruit (I used a peach, pineapple, mango combo)
  • ½ banana (save the other half for toppings)

  • 1 tablespoon protein powder (optional- i use this brand)
  • 1 tablespoon orange juice
  • ¼-1/2 cup almond milk (depending on how thick or thin you want it)
TOPPINGS:
First Bowl:
  • banana slices
  • shredded coconut
  • kiwi slices
  • mango chunks
Second Bowl:
  • raspberries
  • sliced almonds
  • chia seeds
  • almond butter
Third Bowl:
  • banana slices
  • strawberries
  • shredded coconut
  • orange segments
Instructions
  1. In a blender, add all of your smoothie ingredients.
  2. Pulse a few times to mix together and then blend until smooth.
  3. Pour your smoothie into a bowl and add toppings of choice.
  4. Devour.
Notes
~The smoothie base is easily adaptable. You could try it with kale, but it does have a stronger flavor than spinach, so just take note. You can also switch up the fruit, but use light-colored fruits to keep the green color.
~Protein powder is totally optional. I love the collagen protein because it makes for a creamier smoothie.
~If you want a heavier smoothie, use avocado or yogurt. If not, leave it out.
~I didn't measure out the toppings, so just decorate your bowls as you see fit!
