Flourless Fudge Brownies

Ingredients
  • ½ cup coconut oil, melted
  • 1 cup coconut sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • ¼ cup plus 3 tablespoons dark cocoa powder
  • a pinch of sea salt
  • ¼ cup chocolate chips, plus extra for topping
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease an 8x8'' pan with coconut oil.
  2. In a bowl, mix your coconut oil and sugar together. Add eggs and vanilla and stir until smooth.
  3. Add cocoa powder and sea salt and stir until incorporated. Fold in chocolate chips.
  4. Spread batter evenly into your pan and bake for 20 minutes.
  5. Allow to cool before cutting into squares. Devour.
Notes
~I used allergy-friendly chocolate chips (70% dark chocolate) in my recipe, so it's totally dairy-free. Enjoy Life is a great brand to check out.
